  When I stop in the lobby, the staff is friendly, when i can finally get through the one line that’s open. My frustration is they take ZERO phone calls. I’ve tried to call to set up a time to speak with someone about a new account, to speak about refinancing my student loans and about a home mortgage. In none of these cases was I able to get through to a human. PR and customer service are a thing of the past unless you’re willing to leave a message or send an email.

  I have only had pleasant experience with this location. The people are very friendly and helpful and they often offer free cash just for signing up for an account. My main complaint is that they charge a good chunk of change for very basic interactions such as taking cash out of other banks' ATMs. Standard practice, but their charges are even higher than normal. Don't fall for this and be careful and you'll be fine. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
